Baltic Amber Design does not pass-on personal information to any other company. When placing an order with us, your personal information is encrypted via Paypal's secure server.

Once your order is submitted it will be dispatched within 24 hours.
Shipping will usually take place within -
1-3 working days – Ireland
5-7 working days – UK and Europe
10-20 working days – Worldwide
If the product you wish to order is out of stock, we will e-mail you immediately to let you know of a possible delay.
If for some reason you not happy with any purchased product, we guarantee to exchange or refund payment of the returned, unused jewellery, within 14 days from the date of the delivery.
Before you send it back please e-mail us to let us know about the returning goods to make us aware of them and the issue of concern. Items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, complete with contents. Goods not meeting these criteria can not be refunded.
If we receive the returned merchandise in damaged condition, or the goods do not arrive to us, we will not be able to refund your money.
We do not refund shipping and handling.
You may cancel your order if we haven’t shipped the products already. We will process the refund within 3 days, upon receipt of your cancellation request.
It is important to note that no cancellation can be accepted once we have shipped out your order and we dispatch orders usually within a 24 hour period from receipt of orders.
